Transcote Pty Ltd Quality Assurance procedures and documentation have been developed to be in compliance with the Protective Coating Accreditation Program (PCCP a division of CSIRO). Under PCCP Transcote has attained a Level 5b certification which allows Transcote to perform all levels of protective coating removal and application up to and including hazardous coatings such as lead removal.

These procedures are documented and referred as the “Transcote Management Manual” incorporating Quality, Safety, Environmental and Workplace Rehabilitation Management.

The Management Manual was assembled combining the requirements of the following systems;

Quality Assurance System

In accordance with: AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management systems requirements.

 

 

Safety System

In accordance with: Queensland Workplace Health and Safety Act 1995 and where applicable the Queensland Coal Mining Safety and Health Act 1999.
Transcote safety systems are designed to meet AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
Safety Management Plans are designed in accordance with our Clients Protocols and Special Conditions of Contract. For every project Transcote Pty Ltd under takes, a Site Specific Safety Management Plan is developed which incorporates Safety, Quality, Environmental and Workplace Rehabilitation.

 

 

Environmental Management System

Transcotes Environmental Management System is designed to meet the requirements of Local Authorities and AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004 “Guidance to Environmental Systems”.

Environmental Protection

Transcote Pty Ltd was granted an Environmental Authority under the “Environmental Protection Act 1994” to carry out Abrasive Blasting in 1997. A condition of this authority is for Transcote Pty Ltd to develop and implement a site specific Integrated Environmental Management System (IEMS) for every Transcote project.
