Key Personnel

Following is a list of Transcote Pty Ltd key personnel in accordance with Organisational Flowchart as documented in Transcote Pty Ltd Management Manual.

 

Divisional Manager:
Steve Kennedy

26 years in the surface preparation and protective coating industry with experience in coatings, blasting and supervision
Accredited ACA Coatings Inspector
Steve also worked for 10 years with Wattyl Aust. Protective Coatings Division.

 

Operations Manager:
Greg Harris

Greg has 36 years in the Painting industry with 22 years in the surface preparation and protective coating industry, with experience in coatings, supervision and quality assurance .
Greg also oversees all our employees and equipment management.

 

Contracts Manager:
Rod Muller

Rod has 30 years experience in the Mining Industry and heads up our Contracts team. Rod ensures all contracts are in place along with the correct EBA’s, AWA’s and relative site agreements before the commencement of each project.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Projects Manager: 
Ivan Berry

Ivan has 15 years experience in the protective coatings industry and working in the coal mines. Ivan works closely with Greg Harris to ensure all projects begin and finish on time and most importantly that all are completed in a safe manner.
Ivan also heads up our Special Projects division dealing with specialised products specified for specific projects.

 

WHS&O Coordinator: 
Lenny Allardice

Lenny has 24 years experience in the Mining Industry, with extensive experience in current risk management practices, in coal mining environments as well as construction site work.  Lenny has supervised employees in heavy industrial settings including construction, workshops and training environments on various mine sites, ensuring the highest levels of safety are constantly maintained and carries out regular audits at all worksites.
Lenny also has the TAA Trainer/Assessor qualification and is our registered Return to Work Rehabilitation Coordinator.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Projects Coordinator:
Gregg Davies

Gregg has 20 Years experience in the Industrial Blasting and Painting industry with10 years in Industrial services Vacuum Loading, Ultra high pressure cleaning, surface preparation and pipe cleaning on Offshore Oil Platforms.
Gregg is a qualified Workplace Health & Safety Officer with Certificate IV in training and assessment, Gregg is also accredited with Australian Corrosion Association certificate in Paint inspection.

 

Quality Assurance Coordinator:
Brad Gill

Brad has 22 years experience in various areas of the refinish industry, being 12 years in the Automotive refinishing industry, 5 years in the Heavy Marine and 5 years in the Industrial blasting and Coating.
Brad is responsible for the coordination of all quality assurance equipment calibration and recording.
